Srinagar, Jan 28 : In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference and other Hurriyat leaders have urged Kashmiris to totally boycott the first phase of so-called Local Bodies Elections in Baramulla and Kupwara districts tomorrow. Addressing public gatherings in Budgam and Pulwama, APHC leaders, Ghulam Nabi Sumji, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Mousoovi, Shaikh Abdul Aziz, Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai,Nazir Ahmad Payami,
