Dear Professor Abdul Gani Butt, Chairman APHC

  AssalamuAlikum,

  Hope that you are in best of health & spirits. Praise be to Allah that after  some  12 years  of relentless  political & armed struggle put in by our helpless nation that endured deaths of thousands of innocent people and material losses running over billions of dollars besides mass scale incarcerations and forced migrations, it seems that probably the moment  has come  when Kashmiris could be assigned the critical  role of solving their question of freedom.

      At this crucial point of time, I would like to draw your attention towards some important facts. Previously as well. I have tried to present  my stand point before your predecessors:

1.       Kashmir movement is a national question  that has multi-party Jehadi character to it. But, unfortunately, all decision making powers in the APHC have been  exclusively accorded to only seven member organisations or personalities with qualifications of having played a pivotal role vis-a-vis the liberation struggle. My and my organisation’s stand point is that the exclusive seven member executive Body must be expanded to accommodate all other genuine groups and personalities with incontestable background.

2.       The People’s League representation in the Hurriet Conference is simply illegitimate. Every body knows how the Sheikh Aziz led group was brought into existence within no time and its inclusion in the Hurriet Conference manipulated! It never behaves of a forum of  ‘national stature’ to make such a brazen of justice and fair play.

3.       The people that are occupying that PL seat in the forum have many a time changed their loyalties and their commitment to the movement  has not betrayed  perfect consistency  as well. You shall also be knowing it well as to who it is who has been braving through the relentless tormenting periods of trials and tribulations in the pursuit of Kashmir liberation; and the people occupying the PL seat in the forum at the moment could also be asked as to who was the person to draft a full-fledged constitution of the PL and get it passed by the central Council? Similarly who was he who gave PL its comprehensive manifesto and kept bringing out political and ideological literature all through these years? If Justice and equity acknowledge and confirm the unquestionability of all these facts and achievements of PL and if everyone knows that it is this scribe who has expended 23 years chiselling, consolidating and leading the league besides preserving its military cast, then what is that which stands in the way of giving the PL seat to its genuine leadership.

4.       In order to transform the APHC into a true representatives body as its name suggests, and to steer the helpless nation to the safe shores of freedom and grandeur you must respond positively to my viewpoints and evict the fake PL leadership from the PL seat in favour of the genuine one.
